UKMOD B1.09 released

Release B1.09 of UKMOD is now live, updated to the 2023 Autumn Statement. The update also includes the validated HBAI extension and updated indices reflecting the most recently available data, including the November 2023 Economic and Fiscal Outlook reported by the OBR. The model is available for download from the CeMPA website at https://www.microsimulation.ac.uk/ukmod/access/.
