Nordic countries look to microsimulation as a tool for policy formulation

ISER’s Olga Rastrigina was an invited speaker at a meeting organised by the Nordic Social-Statistical Committee (NOSOSCO) in Reykjavik on 11 November. The meeting was set up in order to take the first steps in exploring the use of tax-benefit microsimulations tools – and perhaps a common tool – as an aid to policy making in the Nordic countries.
