Despite significant progress in the last decades, gender inequalities in the labour market remain pervasive. Women are paid less, are less likely to be promoted, and are less able to access well-paying jobs. As part of our ESRC-funded project, The Gender Gap in Pay Progression: Job Mobility and Job Ladders, we are organising a one-day workshop to focus on these issues. The workshop will bring together leading scholars in the field to discuss their latest cutting edge research.
