UKMOD version B2025.01 is now available. This release is motivated by parameter corrections to the TCO add-on, which align “adjusted” projections for indirect taxes to ONS aggregates reported in the National Accounts.

Code corrections and amendments include:

• Omitted LHA ceiling on housing component of Housing Benefit and Universal Credit for social renters, reflecting retraction of planned reform from April 2018
• Corrected scaling factors for the TCO add-on so that projections for indirect taxes are now matched to National Accounts aggregates.
• Corrected bugs in the Baseline/Reform and Behavioural templates of Statistics Presenter that caused crashes in some contexts when using a fixed poverty line.
